Blogger Market on Melrose

Despite the scattered showers on Sunday, alii and I made it to the blogger market hosted by Julie Sarinana of Sincerely, Jules at the De La Barracuda shop down Melrose. Here's what we walked into: a DJ spinning old school hip hop jams, a couple urban art pieces, and a good number of bloggers selling a mix of mostly vintage pieces. Can you say awesome? Yes, awesome! Alii found two Real Cute (RC) dresses that she just couldn't leave without. If the price is right, why not?! We also walked out with our very own Sincerely, Jules and De La Barracuda tees. Chill environment for a chill Sunday afternoon.

Last Night's Destinations

Hello Spring! Last night, my querida (that's alii) and I went to Phillip Lim's spring/ summer accessories collection event, featuring the lovely Julie Sarinana (Sincerely, Jules) and Liz Cherkasova (Late Afternoon). Definitely not our typical Tuesday night... mingling with local LA fashionistas, vibing to good music, and sippin' on yummy drinks at the Phillip Lim store?! Whaaaat?! REAL fun! Needless to say, we can't wait for the next event.

These hot platforms are the answer to every woman‘s prayer. Stylish and comfortable? Yes, such a thing does exist! Walking a mile down LA’s art district was no sweat for alii and I.
